What happens in Reno stays in Reno, or is that Vegas? Either way, we had a lot of fun. We met up with some old friends and made some new ones along the way. In honor of the AMS Users’ Group 32nd National Conference 2008 theme, Easy Rider – The Ultimate Customer Service Experience, and their Harley-riding AMS Users’ Group President Chuck Lowe - it was a rock n’ roll ride for 3 days straight.

Thousands of AMS attendees from all across the country came with a mission? To find new ways to give their customers the ultimate customer service experience. And they found it at booth #630. It was a great show for ecertsonline. Many of the AMS 360 and Sagitta users are integrating with ecertsonline for their certificate management system.
